What is compression clothing?
Compression clothing, including compression tops, are tight compressive forms of clothing made out of either nylon and spandex or the lower quality blend of polyester and spandex. These pieces of clothing are made to enhance athletic performance and improve recovery time.
Compression clothing is designed to improve running economy by increasing proprioception and muscle coordination while reducing muscle oscillations during dynamic activities such as jumping which is linked to reducing tissue damage and muscle fatigue. It is widely suggested that both recreational fitness enthusiasts as well as professional athletes use compression clothing during and after exercise as a tool for improving performance and recovery.

I got some Adairto Fit compression t-shirts and used them for my MMA training. I was surprised at how good the quality of the t-shirts were, they was a thick material but still stretchy to be able to give me the range of movement I needed. I was also really impressed with the stick strip they have at the inside bottom of the Tshirt to stop the Tshirt riding up when your training. All in all, I’d 100% recommend buying a few of these.
I found that the material regulated my body temperature really well both outside and inside and the grip strip certainly did its job throughout the whole day. When I was training in the top I found it really comfy, it didn’t restrict my movement at all and didn’t get damp or cold once I started to sweat. The grip strip kept the top in place 100% of the time. The material is a lot more moisture wicking than other brands I’ve used.
